Our Commitment

At ABI STORE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy. We want every order to be right — and when it is not, we will make it right.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date as recorded by the carrier's tracking system.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition — unassembled where applicable, and undamaged.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories, parts, and documentation.
  • A proof of purchase — your order confirmation email or order number — must be provided.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at vertile@abistore.site with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item and ship it using a trackable shipping method. Do not ship items back without first receiving an RMA number.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected — typically within 3–5 business days of arrival — we will notify you by email and process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is the result of our error (wrong item sent, defective product, or damage in transit), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. If the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or installed.
  • Items returned without original packaging or with missing components.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery at vertile@abistore.site with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and either ship the correct item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately at vertile@abistore.site or call (517) 358-4391 to request a cancellation. Once a shipment has been dispatched, the standard return process applies.
