Free Standard Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required.
Estimated Delivery Times
Orders ship via Standard Shipping and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Order Processing: Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Transit Time: 3–5 business days after the order ships.
- Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their orders within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real time.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. ABI STORE LLC is not responsible for delays, mis-deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at vertile@abistore.site or call (517) 358-4391 as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed for shipment.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Delivery delays are rare but can occasionally occur due to weather events, carrier disruptions, or high-demand periods. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team and we will investigate promptly. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives visibly damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.
